People are always asking what I MUST HAVE to travel as much as I do (and the fun toys I have at home). So I decided to create this page to help out others looking for some travel accessories and wellness products. I will update this as I find additional items – travelers are always finding new items to share with others! Everything is linked to Amazon – so click away straight to the page! This is basically my collection from the last 10 years of major travels. Ill keep updating the list over time – keep checking back and stock up!
How do you travel so much?
Two things have helped in my travel journey.
- My Chase Sapphire credit card. I use this for as much as I can every single month. The sign up bonus helped me snag a round trip flight to Ireland! This card has a low annual fee ($95) and comes with MANY benefits, such as: 3x points on dining, 2x points on travel (unless you use their portal, then its 5x!), $50 annual hotel credit, 10% anniversary point boost, instacart credit, 3x points on streaming services, complimentary DoorDash Dash pass – and when you cash out your points, if you use them for travel you get a 25% bonus!
- Faredrop – this service has saved me HUNDREDS, if not thousands on flights. Since I can be flexible about my travel times, I set the parameters for my local airport and a large airport that is easy to get to. I then set the continent I want to go to and let it do its thing! Ive snagged $600 RT flights to France, $1200 premium economy seats to Thailand and most recently $1000 premium economy tickets to London. This service emails you or pings your app when there are cheap flights to your destination. Interested in business class? They have that too!
Travel Tech
This international charger can charge up to 5 devices at once. It has 3USB ports, a C port and a plug. Makes charging in hotel rooms very slick and easy.

I’ve been working on my video capture on trips – just messing around with my phone, nothing fancy. But I noticed that a more stable phone makes for even better pictures – so I invested in this stabilizer. It packs up small and has a tripod as well, making it more versatile than just a tripod or just a stabilizer.

If you were to ask anyone who knows me, you’d know I am expert at losing things. So I like to keep my cords to a minimum. I use power banks with built in cables and plugs to make my life easier. It can charge a phone a couple times or a tablet once. On the fly its the perfect device!
Going on a road trip? Dont forget your charger! I use my phone for a map while driving, that sucks all the battery from my poor little phone. I also like to keep my GoPro charged and my battery pack – this little guy allows me to charge (4) different USB things at once!!

My favorite and most random item that I use is my Flight Flap. It seems so simple, but yet can bring so much joy. I watch my tablet during the flight or on trains and often find my neck straining by the time I arrive. this allows me to bring the tablet up higher on the seat by using the tray table in the upright position. They have a phone and tablet option – but my tablet is small enough for the phone size.
Another option for people without tablets is the phone holder that clips to your tray table. It folds up nice and small but provides such a benefit from having to hold your phone or bend your neck to watch it on the tray table.

Eco Friendly

Trying to be more eco-friendly has been pretty important to my travels. I am always happy to see airports adding solar, compostable products at the cafeterias and of course – less plastic. I do my part by bringing my own water bottle. This allows me to buy larger water bottles at my destination or fill up at local fountains to reduce my waste. I use a large bottle (32oz), but they make smaller ones as well. Honestly, this also allows me to get ice cold water for all day! Fact: Did you know you lose up to 8oz of water in your body per HOUR while on a plane? Ice is a SOLID, therefore you can fill your bottle with ice at home, take it through security and get yourself some ice water for the flight, without having to ask a flight attendant!
If you dont need cold water – these water bottles take up very little room but hold 20oz of water. They wont keep your water cold, but they are light weight and easy to pack!

Health and wellness

Traveling can cause your body to become off kilter, which not only makes your travels less enjoyable but can cause your immune system to also go off balance. I keep my body in check with probiotics while I travel (I know I should do it all the time…) to keep my body up to par while I explore the world!
I may be a snack oil believer when it comes to Airborne. I dont want to spent my travels being slowed down with a bug, so I bring the Airborne gummies with me on my travels. I prefer the gummies over the other product lines, but I figure as long as I am taking SOMETHING to help, thats all that matters!

Long plane and train rides leave my neck sore. I am an expert sleeper on travels and use my favorite neck “pillow” to do just that. The Trtl takes up such a small space that it makes it a must have! Ive been using it for over 7 years!

Whole Body Health

Ive been use a massage gun for a couple years now, but Hyperice has been my brand of choice in the last year. Its got the right heads and the right power to get deep into the muscles I need.
My sauna blanket (I call it a sauna bag) has been an amazing add to my recovery tools. After a long day of work or a long run, I turn on my sauna bag and relax for about 30 minutes before bed. I get out feeling relaxed and recovered!

Ive been using this acupressure mat for over 5 years. depending on the day I will stand on it or lay down on it. I dont know WHY it works, but it sure makes my body feel more engaged after. Stepping on it or laying on it for the first few seconds can be extremely uncomfortable, but after that your body relaxes and the real benefits begin.
