Etosha National Park

Today we had about a six hour drive to Etosha National Park. It was pretty uneventful – just a couple stops for food and potty.

When we got to Etosha we found our campsite, Noel gave us a tour of the grounds and then we had just an hour to explore before we got back on the road to do an afternoon game drive in the bus. Promise and James will stay back and set up camp and cook dinner while we are out on the game drive with Noel.

This was another great game drive (and I didnt know it would even be happening, Im not the greatest and listening OR reading the itinerary ). We saw so many elephants and giraffe. It was about 3 hours worth of game drive and it was rough in the bus.

Tomorrow half of us are going in an all day game drive 4×4, while the other half stays and does the game drive in the bus.

Tonight is the first time I saw the stars in all their glory. I cannot believe that I am lucky enough to be here witnessing so many wonders of nature and the universe.
